Microsoft Essentials for Workplace Productivity

It's hard to believe that most computer workers are still self-taught and use only 15% of the potential of their software programs! Act now if your employees need to use the full power of Microsoft Office, our most popular training program. Workers can train at one of our established Pentium PC labs or with a minimum number of participants, we bring all the hardware, software, and staff needed to create a state-of-the-art training facility at your company location.

In Microsoft Essentials for Workplace Productivity, master the concepts and maneuvers needed to navigate Windows, the foundation of all other computer work. Use Word 2003's versatility to efficiently produce highly professional documents. Move beyond "working with spreadsheets" to organizing, analyzing, and presenting data more effectively thanks to Excel 2003 Then power up your dynamic presentations with PowerPoint.

An introduction to Access helps you create and maintain your database. Finally, enjoy navigating the Internet and quickly finding the information you need with Internet Explorer while you keep your calendar, email, and scheduling tasks "online" with Outlook.

Attend five hours per week for 16 weeks to total 80 hours of lecture/workshop training. Weekly worksite implementation projects hone your skills and additional one-on-one instruction ensures all your questions get answered! Enrollment is limited in all PDC courses. Apply Now!

Each Microsoft Essentials for Workplace Productivity participant must have a computer loaded with the appropriate software dedicated to his/her use at work. This particular program is not intended for shop floor personnel. These employees should see Microsoft Office for Shop Floor Personnel.

Did you know?

The largest gain in manufacturing productivity for 1997 (the latest year for which statistics are available) was by computer and office equipment workers. U.S. employers reported an average productivity increase of 37.5%!

The correlated unit labor cost for these workers also posted the largest decrease (25.3%!) for 1997. (Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2000)

May we help you achieve the same savings and successes?

"Because of the skills I learned from the PDC, I am now able to create spreadsheets and totals for payroll thanks to Excel, all in a tenth of the time it took me before I attended your classes! I've learned 50 times what I thought I knew"!
